1- Where are you based?
We are based in California, USA. We travel frequently and don’t necessarily ship from California, we ship from LA, Cairo, Muscat, Bishkek, Dubai, and other locations around the world we have several warehouses around the world due to better shipping capabilities and HAZMAT regulations.
2-Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we ship worldwide with DHL Express, all our shipments are tracked. Some packages will be shipped in CONUS with USPS.
3- Do you ship to Russia?
Yes, however, for both Russia and some other countries including Iran, we cannot use DHL Express, and the shipping time and transit times can be significantly longer and the shipment can be rerouted through several countries before reaching its final destination.
4- The sample size is smaller than i expected- i expected it to be larger.
